Presidential aspirants Gilberto "Gibo" Teodoro Jr. and Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III on Tuesday pledge to uphold "clean, honest and orderly" elections. The oath-taking is part of the "Tatakbo ka ba? (Will You Run?)'' program of GMA Network's coverage of the 2010 elections. Teodoro is the standard bearer of the administration's Lakas- Kampi-CMD party while Aquino is running under the Liberal Party.
